Return Policy

Any items purchased within the US are eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Any items purchased internationally can only be returned for an exchange. 
If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Items can be exchanged for other Items of equal or lesser value at no cost to you. Should you decide to be refunded for your returned items, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The cost of returning items falls on the customer, as the initial shipping of items was free (Ground Shipment only) . Shipping is non-refundable, unless a mistake on the part of our company is made, in which case shipping will be reimbursed. There is also a $10.00 reshipping fee associated with any returns. This fee is non-profit, and is solely in place to allow us to continue providing free initial outgoing shipping to our customers.

Click the link to view our manual Return Form. Returns without a Return Form will not be accepted unless authorized by a manager. After you're finished, send your tracking number to info@fashionsforamission.com once you receive it from your mail carrier.
After we receive the return, please allow 1-2 business days for the return to be processed in the warehouse. After this period, please contact us so we may go over the details of the return.
Sending a return to us is an acknowledgement and agreement of these terms.
Once your return has been authorized and processed, please allow one full billing cycle on your credit card to see your refund.
